Tropical and fruity on the nose, but with just as much Keuper as Sauvignon typicity: herbal savouriness, gypsum and damp chalk. Slender, juicy palate, "cool" and fresh, with a fine acid nerve and animating accessibility. A top-class thirst quencher and terrace wine.
