Herbal and savoury on the fresh nose, blackcurrant, orange peel, dark tobacco and yeast, lemon balm. On the palate it shows with a lively, delicate acidity that balances the clearly contoured body, some salted lemon, grapefruit and sweet honeydew melon, with a mineral foundation. A clearly defined vintage type that can do it.
