Like the name, like the colour. Soft, attractive aroma with fine savouriness, black cherry and blackberry, fine smoke, a hint of vanilla. Well-balanced on the palate with clear fruit and a vivid, fine acidity that conveys freshness and finesse, fine-grained, grippy tannins. Sensitively vinified, elegant despite the warm year.
