Spicy aroma, mint, clover, pear, apple, mirabelle plums, fresh hay, subtle pepper and warm smoke. The Silvaner glides light as a feather along the palate with good and dense extract, clear fruit with a mineral-salty tinge, fine phenolics that create tension towards the finish and do not let the glass sink.
