White-yellow color, very clear. Very fine, ripe, light Riesling aromas, concentrated, floral notes, reductive, restrained style. Juicy, round, elegant and persistent on the palate, both in the almost melting fruit and in the salty minerality. Built for the future, but not off-putting in the present. Ripe, playful acidity, spicy finish.
