The white wine »Pur Mineral« Riesling trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Rudolf Fürst has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
Balsamic notes. Red apple. Powerful body, a hint of phenolic undertones, but with ripe, well-integrated acidity, clearly salty. Round and harmonious in the middle of the palate, as one member of the jury noted: "Fine, but with pressure." Will even improve with further maturation in the bottle.
