Slate-spicy aroma, candied lemon peel, green pepper. A beautiful interplay of (moderate) sweetness and fresh acidity on the palate, light-bodied, polished, whetting the appetite for the next sip. Nothing at all cardboardy or saturating, fruity finish with aromas of fully ripe mandarin, apricot and nectarine. After a few years of maturing in the bottle with game stew or even now with a spicy curry.
