Tasting Notes
Closed on the nose, a hint of ruländer, a bit nutty, candied yellow fruit, rosehip, dense and biting on the palate, a little oaky with a hint of green tones. Very strong fruit, also tufa-like notes on the palate, noticeable astringency, it is very young and really austere in style.
