Tasting Notes
Cool nose with notes of blond tobacco, brioche and white berries. On the palate there is heaps of freshness with apple-crisp acidity, spice, subtle wood notes, slightly salty, yellow-fleshed fruit, high minerality and long, still very young finish. Beautifully made!
More about the tastingPale golden yellow in colour. Aniseed cookies, stewed pears, red berries and a hint of wood on the nose. Also peppery undertones. On the palate, the wine is taut and focused, with viscous layers of fruit behind the fine phenolics, finishing full-bodied yet fresh and full of tension.
