Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Fine herbal savouriness, vanilla and noble wood, nuances of ripe figs, black cherries and cassis, multi-faceted bouquet. Powerful, taut, tightly meshed, dark cherries, firm, tightly meshed tannins, good freshness and length, mineral-chocolate on the finish, a savoury food companion, sure certain ageing potential.
