Deep, dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, fine oak notes, spices, vanilla, olives, black cherry, ripe plums, a hint of nougat and candied orange zest. Powerful on the palate with juicy, ripe cherries, dark nougat, ripe tannins, mineral notes and a persistent, sweet finish. A savoury food wine.
