The red wine »Cuvée Moritz« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , Spätburgunder, Regent from the region Saxony in Germany.
Fresh aroma of well-ripened blackberry and sloe, coherent and animating. Amazingly youthful attack on the palate with lively balanced acidity structure. Fine red fruit, along with harmonious herbal savouriness with lovage among others, well structured, long finish.
