Aroma of ripe cider pears and ripe yellow fruit. A light herbal flavour with a hint of rosemary. Firm acidity, lime zest and harmonious sweetness on the palate. With only 11% alcohol, this is a lovely refreshing drink and a good accompaniment to guacamole and savoury bacon.
