Beautiful complexity on the nose, with notes of citrus fruit, candied orange peel and ground ginger. Textured on the palate, with lively Saar acidity on a rich background, the structure rejuvenates on the finish, giving full-bodied, slate-spicy and tactile slate-mineral notes. A powerful style.
