Dominant nutty notes, walnut, sesame, some leafy green notes. A comparatively vivid sweetness underlines a silky body on the palate, a lively acidity and distinct tactile mineral notes, elegant. Definitely not an "Ochs am", but an "Aux vom" Berg.
