A multi-layered aroma: flint, sesame, yellow apple, a hint of wood. The palate opens soft and supple, filled with flint aromas from the very first moment, whilst an astonishingly ripe acidity and a layer of delicate phenolics fill the mid-palate. A late-harvest Silvaner full of character.
