Tasting Notes
Pale gold with greenish reflections. Ripe on the nose, citrus, mango, papaya, some botrytis, also rock flour. Beautifully textured, a little honey, spicy terroir-driven tones on the palate, has a lot of substance, vivid sweetness, but also lively, firm acidity, seems to come from a single mould.
