The white wine Klotten Brauneberg Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schneiders-Moritz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Still somewhat closed on the nose, some yeast, notes of apple, peach, lemon zest, acacia blossom and herbs. Beautiful interplay on the palate of ripe acidity and sweet, juicy fruit, accompanied by SAVOURY minerality and phenolics pixels. Good density and also tension, slight salinity on the finish.
