The main component of the aroma is yeast, behind which aromas of fig compote, blood orange, rose and lavender emerge. The palate is juicy, with powerful, fine tannins, surrounded by firm acidity and a pinch of sweetness. Compact, youthful finish with good length and tactile mineral notes.
