The natural wine »Baby Sandhase« Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Siegloch has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The bottle briefly swirled and the desired slightly cloudy juice flows into the glass. Delicately yeasty on the nose, a little apple peel, then on the palate a beautiful acidity, even lemon fresh fruit. Everything is contained by a fine tannic structure. Precise and very successful.
