Pale gold in colour. Yeasty aroma, a fine hint of Pinot Gris grape, candied fruit. The palate shows a full-bodied, almost austere side, the acidity is piquant, the fruit is still completely closed, the structure of the wine is like that of a great mineral Chardonnay. Fine, far-sighted stylistics!
