Tasting Notes
Rather pale lemon yellow. Complex aromas of vanilla, gooseberry, elderberry, pineapple yoghurt and lime. Green bell pepper and some lemon zest follow on the palate. Well-structured on the palate, lots of extract, a layer of phenolics (without astringency), ripe acidity, very cultivated and calm, rich in content and yet light-hearted, integrated alcohol.
