Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Light in colour and fragrant in style; very terroir-influenced, peppery and lime-spicy. Also almond tones and small red berries. The palate has a supple base but is also juicy and has a restrained tannin structure, with a slightly yeasty and slightly sweet finish.
