The blanc de noirs »Blanc de Noir« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Sonnenberg Speeter has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A white wine colour. On the nose some yeast, green apple, slightly balsamic and smoky undertones, also tropical hints of passion fruit and papaya. The palate reveals a bundled, well-proportioned structure, lean and juicy with firm acidity and accentuated freshness, a hint of ripe fruit in the finish rounds off the lively impression.
