Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Typical varietal aromas of green bell pepper, boxwood, but also juicy fruit, mango, pineapple, and blackcurrant. Harmonious and lively on the palate, the fruit carried by fruit sweetness, it has soft acidity and a fine saline spiciness in the finish. Calm and harmonious.

More about the tasting

Fruity nose, juicy mango, pineapple, papaya, yellow gooseberries, kiwi, subtle green bell pepper, elderflower. Charming and supple on the palate, fresh and juicy, ripe fruit with noticeable sweetness, seamlessly integrated acidity, soft and round, fine savouriness, beautiful length, a not too complicated Sauvignon with good drinking flow.
