Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Very typical varietal aroma with green bell peppers, green asparagus and boxwood, but not too loud in flavour. This harmonious mix continues on the palate and, together with the fresh acidity and subtle fruit sweetness, creates a successful overall picture of a wine that works well on its own, but also cuts a fine figure with grilled fish and vegetables.

Aroma of blackcurrant, kiwi, ripe gooseberry, plus fine citrus fruit, lime zest, typical of the variety. Well-tempered acidity on the palate, delicate phenolics notes, ripe citrus fruit, ripe blackcurrant, lovely accessibility, enjoyable, fresh finish.
