Salmon pink in the glass. On the nose, yeasty notes of brioche, vanilla, bananas, red apple, red berries, grilled red bell pepper, herbs. On the palate, lots of creaminess, restrained fruit, fine spice, noticeable phenolics. A perfect accompaniment to grilled fish.
