Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Light salmon pink in colour. On the nose, aromas of wild raspberry and currants, with floral and yeasty notes. Opens on the palate with juicy red fruit and good freshness, lively acidity, enlivened by some carbon dioxide, slim and tightly built, fruit sweetness provides charm and fullness on the finish.
