Tasting Notes
Camomile, yellow apple, pear, ripe white peach, kitchen herbs on the nose. Starts juicy on the palate and develops a mineral-spicy aroma that characterises the further course of the wine, turning salty towards the end. A fine residual sweetness plays with the creamy acidity.
More about the tastingDelicately fragrant, herbs hand in hand with quince, pear, lime and freshly mown grass as well as subtle freshly ground hazelnut and nutmeg. Full-bodied on the palate with good extract, creamy base, surrounded by lively acidity, delicate fruit, carried by sweetness in balance with savouriness, stimulating to drink.
