Balsamic fragrance, yeasty notes, kiwi, barely ripe gooseberry. Not an ‘in your face’ style Sauvignon. On the palate, the wine has a powerful body, very intense mineral presence, firm acidity, and a decidedly textured finish. A serious wine.
