Multi-layered aromas on the nose. Almonds, sandalwood, fresh Porcini mushrooms, toffee and dried mango. Fine ethereal-mineral savouriness. Pointed and taut acidity. Rich in substance and textured minerality. Ripe notes of dried apricots and Porcini mushrooms.
More about the tastingExpressive, finely balanced aroma with cool smoke, pear chutney, corn semolina, almond paste. In a slender, focused format, soft texture and animating piquancy meet, firm tannins, pronounced acidity, mineral energy.
More about the tastingPale golden yellow. A fine ripeness, citrus, also some white chocolate. Moist stone. On the palate a real crusher, crips acidity in a feisty body. All a dense amalgam. Muscular, authentic and almost primal in its depth.
