Floral scent of white and pink flowers. Tart, citrusy grapefruit nuances, accompanied by a hint of yellow kiwi. Extract sweetness is noticeable on the tongue, paired with taut acidity and a slight smokiness. The slate clearly has its finger in the pie here too. Fresh and textured.
