Light yellow-green with silver reflections. A complex nose of vanilla, ripe yellow peach, nougat and cookie. The palate is elegantly creamy, adding sweet honeydew melon notes. A fine acid structure and orange touch on the finish keep things fresh. Already developed, and a fine food companion.
