Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Dark berry fruit with a hint of smoke and elderberry pulp, with a clearly defined sense of freshness and slate-spicy tones on the nose. Juicy and supple on the palate with fine-grained tannins in the right amount and a noticeably salty background. The ripe yet well-sustained acidity ties the mineral finesse up with fleshy extract and intense fruit, creating very good length.
