Complex spiciness emerges from the glass: wild blueberry, juniper and menthol, wilted rose petal, black pepper, allspice, mint and elderberry. In the mouth the wine combines slate elegance with dense extract, the fine-grained tannins giving the wine length and certain ageing potential, accompanied by juicy fruit. Great balance.
