Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

The nose reveals notes of sour cherry and blueberries with wood savouriness and herbs, a hint of red fruit jelly and vanilla, cherry liqueur and violets. The power and substance on the palate is underpinned by a vivid acidity, grippy tannins and again notes of sour cherry with fine minerality. dry despite a certain power, with good balance.
