Dense and still closed with lots of minerality on the nose, rock, apricots, Mirabelle plums, ripe lemons and grapefruit, green apple. Lots of juiciness on the palate, clear fruit with distinctive sweetness in harmony with precise and straightforward acidity and fine mineral savouriness, good length and an animating aperitif.
