Typical varietal flavour, sour cherry and sweet cherry, elderberry, juniper, plum, ivy, tobacco. In the mouth with a fine-grained tannin and fresh acidity to the slightly sweetish fruit, an unusual grape variety on the Saar and a successful experiment.
