Stony, mineral opening flavour, Mirabelle plum, red apple, pears, almond, mandarin, orange zest. Lean and juicy on the palate, fruit of white grapefruit, lemons to Mirabelle plum, flanked by minerality, refreshing acidity flow to the fine sweetness, animating.
