Ripe mirabelle plum, yellow apple, citrus, some kumquats, fine spice and a brief aroma of dried hay. Displays the characteristics of the grape varieties in the Saar region in a compactly built structure. Spicy, juicy and mineral, also peppery with a vivid acidity, balanced and rounded.
