Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate notes of pineapple and mango on the nose are underlaid with white apple and a hint of mandarin zest - a fresh bouquet. The palate has medium complexity of subtle pear fruit with a lemony-salty finish. The fresh acidity makes for a lively companion at the table.
