Tasting Notes
Cooked fruit, dark berries. Plum jam. Blackberry. Lots of smoke from the wood. Still somewhat brittle on the palate, the tannins have a drying effect. The fruit is still restrained, the wood currently dominates. But will mature into a good food companion.
