Tasting from 22.03.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe apple and fresh apple sauce on the nose, pear, with meadow herbs, some hay, also ripe yellow fruits, yellow plums. Well-structured Silvaner with a nice spiciness. An excellent food wine: juicy, powerful and ready to support stronger dishes, some carbonic dioxide provides freshness. A good value for money.
