The nose is still subtly influenced by the ageing in wooden barrels, savoury and nutty savouriness, ripe pear, apple and also yellow-fruity aromas, smoke, smoked chestnuts. Firmly built on the palate, focused in its orientation with stable acidity and salty minerality, pear, apple and quince with some salty lemon, good length, not yet at the end of its development.
