Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter

The fragrance is slightly floral, with berry tones and a candied pear aroma. There is also a hint of mint. On the palate, the wine has a certain breadth, but also a concentrated extract filling, slightly phenolic and clearly mineral underpinned, the acidity has tension without appearing isolated. A Pinot Gris full of character, built for the future.
