Slate-spicy and green vegetable aromas on the nose, with some yeast, lime zest and watercress. On the palate the wine opens with a crisp acidity, then reveals a tantalising lightness with the sweetness receding to such an extent that tension and minerality take centre stage. Bold and very individual.
