Tasting Notes
Strong ruby with ochre reflections, brighter at the broad rim. Delicately herbal aromas and savoury black fruits of the forest, tobacco, nuances of dark cherry and hints of mandarin zest. Juicy palate with red cherry, a fresh structure and well-integrated tannins. Mineral-salty, with chalky touches and lime zest in the aftertaste, the wine remains persistent and has good ageing potential.
