Tasting from 05.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Wild berries, elderberry, wild cherry as well as notes of hazelnut and some tar on the nose. Cool fruit on the palate too, the acidity has grip and envelops the ripe, vivid tannins. A prime example of the cool, elegant character of an Alpine Pinot.
