Tasting from 30.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Initially smells of toffee, roasted nuts and mocha. Noble, not a hint of intrusiveness. With a little time in the glass, notes of peach and candied citrus fruits join in. Some passion fruit. Elegant, juicy and long-lasting on the palate. Lingers for a long time on a smoky citrus background and can still mature a little.
