What a nose! Fine savouriness meets cool minerality and ripe, yellow-fleshed fruit, plus a little roasted peanut and popcorn. The finest acidity on the attack, notes of lime and grapefruit. Long and elegant, lively and animating to the finish.

Complex, fruity and savoury bouquet with notes of citrus, Mirabelle plum and green plum. Hints of popped grains and fennel as well as a touch of black cumin. Fresh acidity on the palate, lots of citrus and yellow fruit. The meagreness is absorbed by the texture. Long, mineral finish.
